Your guests
Do guests need to download an app?
No. They scan a code at the door or the host stand and join from their phone's browser. No app, no account.
How do guests know when to come back?
Two WhatsApp messages. A heads-up when their table is coming up (by default when two parties are ahead of them), and a second when you call them.
What happens if a party doesn't show up?
They get a grace period, five minutes unless you set another. After that TRi can call the next party automatically, so the line keeps moving without anyone watching the clock.
Can someone screenshot the code and join from home?
Not by default. The code changes every hour, so an old screenshot stops working. If you would rather print one permanent code, you can, and optionally require guests to be nearby when they join.
Your team
What does the host stand need?
A phone or tablet with a browser. The queue is one screen: parties grouped by size, oldest first, and a Call next button.
How are parties organised?
By party size, in groups of 1 to 2, 3 to 4, 5 to 6 and 7 to 8, so a freed two-top goes to the right party without anyone scanning a list.
Can the guest page carry our brand?
Yes. The page guests see uses your background and accent colour, and TRi picks a readable text colour for you.
What stops people joining and cancelling over and over?
Each phone number can cancel a limited number of times a day, three by default.
Which number do the messages come from?
Your own WhatsApp Business number, once it is connected to TRi. Until then, messages are sent through a number we manage for you.
Where do guest replies go?
Once your number is connected, replies land in your WhatsApp, not in a system nobody checks.

Are Loyalty and Review management available?
Not yet. Queue is the product that ships today. Loyalty and Review management are next, and we will say so on this page when they are ready.
